Back-up Systems for Loadshedding

A Back up System consists of the following components:

Battery bank (that stores your power

Inverter (that converts the stored DC power to usable 220 Volt AC power

Wires, Circuit Breakers, DC Boards, Switches, Fuses, conduit, Battery cabinets, etc (used to connect all the components together)

We install the all the components of the back up system in a configuration that is both safe and within the operational limits of the various components ensuring you have years of sustainable, efficient power delivery and consumption without any safety risks or component failure. We can also issue a COC (Certificate of Compliance) so you have peace of mind that the installation was done correctly should you wish.

Grid-Tied Solar Systems Installations

Solar panels and a dedicated Grid Tied inverter. The electric power generated by the solar panels feeds through the inverter directly into your distribution board and offsets the power you would normally consume from Eskom, however this will only work when the sun is shining. If the panels produce more power then is consumed at the time, the balance will flow back into the network and it will actually reverse the electricity meter if you have a electric meter whith a wheel which can turn back. Because the system does not have batteries linked to it, no power is stored for later use. This means that energy required at night and during rainy days will still be obtained from the Eskom grid.

Off Grid Solar Systems Installations

An off grid solar system consists of the following components:

Solar Panels (that generate your power)

We can also issue a COC (Certificate of Compliance) so you have peace of mind that the installation was done correctly shoulld you wish.
